لا نجمع من بياناتك الشخصية سوى القدر الضروري وحده، وفق الأحكام السارية في دولة قطر. ونحافظ على سرّيتها كاملةً، ونحميها عبر تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية ملائمة، ولا نبيعها إطلاقًا لأي طرف كائنًا من كان.We collect no more of your personal data than is strictly needed, in line with the rules in force in the State of Qatar. Its confidentiality is kept intact, protected through suitable technical and organisational measures, and it is never sold to any party whatsoever.

٣.١ ملفات سجلّ الخادم3.1 Server logs

بمجرّد فتحك للموقع، يقوم مزوّد الاستضافة آليًا بتدوين بيانات تقنية يبعثها متصفّحك، فيما يُسمّى سجلّات الخادم، ومنها:The instant you open the site, the hosting provider automatically logs technical data sent by your browser, in what are known as server log files, such as:

لا نُفصح عن بياناتك الشخصية لأي جهة خارجية، إلّا بقدر ما يقتضيه تشغيل الموقع، أو عند إذنك الصريح، أو حين يفرض القانون ذلك. أمّا مزوّدو الخدمات التقنية — مثل الاستضافة — فيتصرّفون بوصفهم معالِجين نيابةً عنّا، ملتزمين بتوجيهاتنا وبصون سرّية بياناتك.We do not reveal your personal data to any outside party, except as far as running the site demands, when you give us explicit permission, or when the law requires it. • طلب حذف بياناتك في حدود ما يسمح به القانونto request deletion of your data within the limits the law permits
• الاعتراض على عملية معالجة بعينهاto object to a particular processing operation
• التراجع عن موافقتك في أي وقتto take back your consent at any time

ولممارسة أيٍّ من هذه الحقوق، يكفي أن ترسل رسالة إلى [email protected]. ولك أيضًا، متى وجدت داعيًا، أن تتقدّم بشكوى إلى الجهة المختصّة بحماية البيانات الشخصية في دولة قطر.To use any of these rights, it is enough to send a message to [email protected]. You may also, should you find good reason, file a complaint with the competent personal-data protection authority in the State of Qatar.

٨. فترة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات8. How long we keep data

لا نُبقي على البيانات الشخصية إلا للمدّة التي تلزم لبلوغ الأغراض المبيّنة أو للوفاء بموجب قانوني، وبعدها تُحذف في إطار إجراءاتنا الاعتيادية.We hold personal data only for as long as is required to meet the purposes set out or to satisfy a legal duty, and it is then deleted as part of our routine procedures.

٩. أمن بياناتك9. Keeping data secure

نطبّق تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية ملائمة، من بينها تشفير عملية نقل البيانات باستخدام بروتوكول HTTPS، كي نحمي معلوماتك من أي اطّلاع غير مأذون أو ضياع أو عبث.We apply suitable technical and organisational measures, including encrypting the transfer of data with the HTTPS protocol, so as to protect your information against any unauthorised access, loss or interference.
